Our call center infrastructure combined with the customized accounting
and processing software allows us to deliver secure and efficient
order processing, even at high peaks. We currently provide solutions
to the Insurance and Banking industry. In the year 2005 we plan to
extend this coverage to the retail and manufacturing industry. For
instance our accounting software for the insurance industry is called "AUTO
164" which allows insurance companies to process their client
claims up to 80% on-line and only in special cases have to contact
our claim agents, enabling insurance organizations to save large

VOA Mobile 3 - (No Missed Call)
The company's target market needs to stay in touch with their callers
at all times and cannot afford to miss any calls. With the VOA No
Missed Call service, when outside of the mobile network range or
if the subscriber's telephone equipment is switched off, the call
will be instantly re-routed to the client's pager. Therefore, the
call will always get through directly to the VOA subscriber. Until
such time that it can be confirmed that the subscriber's pager actually

VOA Mobile Service Offering
Norbell by offering VOA Mobile Services has become the first telecommunications
company that offers service beyond the expectations of the 6.7 million

of multi-device users is that there currently is little to no integration
amongst the myriad assortment of communication media available -
users must check multiple messaging sites, their fax machine and,
