Firm sets up P50-M call center in Mexico
More employment opportunities for Kapampangans

Mexico, Pampanga, Philippines - A top Canadian telecommunications consultancy firm has set foot in this first-class municipality to operate services facility under a US$ 1-million (P50 million) minimum investment.

Operating under the name Norbell Philippines, the facility is located in a 1,000 – square – meter land inside the Beverly Place, a posh subdivision in Barangay Masamat this town.

According to Deepak Baghel, a business partner of Norbell Philippines, the firm offers the following: consultancy services, telecommunications, equipment procurement, LAN/WAN cabling, installation, maintenance and support, network management, software development and financing services, among others.

Driven by its able officer headed by its owner and founder, Paguito “Kitz” Dizon of Sta. Rita town, Norbell Philippines is expected to be fully operational in three-month’s time.

Now with only eight personnel, the firm will open employment opportunities to Kapampangans.

Norbell, Baghel said, is a leading global provider of strategic software products to the Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) industry.

In Pampanga, it will operate a call center, which will be catering to both inbound and outbound telemarketing to various points in the world.

Baghel said that Norbell’s complete and comprehensive training program is ideal to start-up professionals, as well as, advance level programs for human resource career development.

“We provide training in our multi-media facilities located worldwide and customized in-house training services on customer locations,” he said.
