1. How do I Sign Up?

2. How do I avail of the Free Trial?
 

Once you sent us an email us or called our hotline.  You will be informed of the great opportunity in availing our free trial.

   
3. Do you have a Contract on Hand?
 

Norbell has a standard contract given to any client at a given time.  But this is not limited to a personalized contract that we can prepare to suit your needs.  Remember, we work for you.

   
4. What is your Turn Around Time?
 

Our Standard Turnaround Time is 24 Hours.  However, we can adjust to a turnaround time of your preference.

   
5. How do I deliver my Files?
 

We will create an FTP site dedicated solely for you.  All you need to do is upload the files and from there, we will take care of everything.

   
6. How do I retrieve my Files?
 

You would be able to retrieve your file in the same way as you have uploaded it by downloading it in the FTP site prepared especially for you.

   
7. How secured is my File?
 

Norbell can assure you of a discreet file wide depository bank, 128-bit high encryption security.   We have made the process not only secure but client user friendly. By handling security at server level you can connect securely with ease and peace of mind, eliminating client problems and concerns of older more complicated encryption processes.  A dedicated ftp space will be provided solely for your use which can only be accessed by your username and password.

   
8. How do you compute per character Line?
 

We calculate our counts using a 65-character line, not as a visual line; that is to say we take the total characters in a file and divide by 65 to find the actual accurate character content.  We provide you a full break down of counts and files as standard.  This is the most cost effective way to billing. You only pay for what we type and you can easily check and verify these count themselves.

   
9. How much do you charge?
 

Following a test sample we can establish a per line price for each individual client dependant on the complexity, volume, turnaround and formatting requirements.

   
10. Do you have a downtime?
 

Norbell is a downtime free call center environment.  We have the latest state of the art technology back up for recordings, internet and electricity.

   
11. Can we contact you on weekends?
 

We are available 24x7, 365 days in a year.  We also work on holidays and we follow the same turnaround time.
