With this, we have a dedicated Quality Control Department who oversee all aspects of our transcription and have access to every process at all levels.

Our Editor Department is tasked with signing off every transcript before delivery; no file is delivered to our client without review by our Editor Department.

The Editor Department’s sole task is to validate and maintain the high level of quality.
