NORBELL PROJECT MANAGEMENT: a total solution for your project, where
every detail is taken care of (Primary Accountabilities)
The Norbell Project Manager develops a detailed project plan that will
be used to guide project execution and control, and dictates what deliverables
can be expected at various project milestones. Specific components of a
typical project plan include the following:
Norbell Project Scope Management - should changes be requested in the
project scope, a change management system will be put into effect.
Norbell Project Time Management - the baseline schedule, captured in a
'Gantt' chart, within which all work packages are scheduled and milestones
marked
Norbell Project Quality Management - the systems put in place to ensure
customer satisfaction of product, whether that product is an input into
a work process engaging an internal 'customer' or the final end product
-- the network management service -- delivered to the customer. The Norbell
Project Manager works to build the quality policies and objectives for
you, our customer into project processes, and will promote compliance.
Norbell Human Resource Management - the processes put in place to make
the most effective use of the people involved with the project, including
sponsors, customers, vendors, and individual contributors of the customer.
Norbell Project Communications Management - the processes put in place
to ensure the timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination
and storage of project information. The Project Manager will plan for who
needs what information, when it is required, and how best to deliver it.
Frequency of the Project Reviews between Norbell Project Manager and Customer
Project Manager are agreed upon during initial Implementation Meeting.
Norbell Project Risk Management - the identification of project uncertainties,
the classification of uncertainties as either opportunities or risks, and
the action plans developed to handle each accordingly.
