Call Center Trainer

• Train new agents in call center’s soft skills and product and service specific training.
  
• Train supervisors, team leader, quality coach and middle management in call center functions.
  
• Call center executive training
  
• English accent training, technical training, sales and marketing training , and soft skills training

LAN/WAN Administrator

• Voice and data cabling - vertical and horizontal with data center terminations and switch and server connectivity.
• Microsoft and linux server set up for hosting, mail, firewall, DNS, FTP, DHCP, etc.
• Client's server, LAN/WAN, data base, (MS SQL, MY SQL, Oracle, VOIP, Asterisk, IP PBX, VOIP, Gatekeeper, Billing, etc.) set up and management expertise
• Client environment MS, soft phone, CRM
• Call center technology , ACD, IVR, CTI, predictive dialer, monitoring and recording

Graphic Designer

• Min 2-5 yr experience in graphic designer using flash technology, animation, multi media, macro media, sothink, Bryce, 3DMAX
• Familiar with 3D animation and triple play technology
• Soft phone designing using triple play

Web Developer

• Web developing and software programming
• Atleast 5 years experience in MS-SQL and ASP/ASP.Net
